Cynthia started her insurance career with the Butterfield Agency in October of 2000. She obtained her Property and Casualty license in 2004. Cynthia spends most of her time assisting with claims at the agency and works with clients, contractors, body shops, and adjusters to help settle claims efficiently. Cynthia is a 1998 graduate of Elida High School. She furthered her education at Lima Technical College where she studied Legal Assisting and received an Associate’s Degree of Applied Business.

She married Brian Kennedy in October of 2006. She has a step-son, Landon, who was born in 2002 and a son, Brandt, who was born in 2009, and a daughter, Brianna, who was born in 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
